Today's list

Possibly own: 911 (964/65) 3.6 Turbo

Unobtainium: 993 GT2

Race only: 917/30 or the new LMP2 RS Spyder....I find it very very intriguing, simply b/c it means Porsche might go back to it's racing roots some more.

The Ruf ctr-2 is what got me into the Porsche world!

Coolest road going Porsches have to be the long hood RSRs. Here are a few replicas...

if we are talking street legal, 1st option would be 356A carrera, or a 67 911S laden with factory sports options -specifically the rallye options. or a 67 911R.

if we are talking full on race car, i would go for the 906.

Lots of cool cars here, Porsche is very fertile ground for this kind of discussion.

Definitely a 911 RS/RSR is something extra special. The least Foo-Foo road car in the world.

I don't know if you know Raj from the 968 boards...he has a 968 turbo S replica that is absolutely amazing...I drool over that alot....

well if the other watercooled fours are out (bye bye 968 turbo) It would have to be the 928GT/GTS in 5 speed.

All of the above mentioned (90% are race bred vehicles for street/ track use) I have to agree- this is a worthy stable of contenders..

Being a "RenNaissance" man. I prefer a 550 RSk Spyder or a 60'ish 356 C speedster.
These have always caught my eye. I DO admire and adore the 904, 917's, the Slantnose and 993 Carrera,911 RSR's.. Lets we not forget the 924 Carrera GT's..
