I think i am defenetley going to go with the Hawk HPS, will probably order them in the next few days from Tire Rack. One question however, where do i get anti-squeal shims from? Are they a specfic fit to our car or a universal thing? Do they typically come with the pads? Will shims even be needed or can i just get away with disc brake quiet from Permatex on the backside of the pad. Coat the entire backside of the pad...?

Sorry, i really am a novice when it comes to changing pads. Hope to become a expert (well maybe a begginner) by the time i finish this...

I used a coat of anti-seize compound on the back, did not re-use the factory shims.
