I have just purchased a '85 944 and absolutely love it!!! I have noticed that the reverse lights are not coming on. Is this a common problem with 944's? If anyone can give me an idea how to fix this I would be greatly appreciated. I have checked the bulbs, the fuses, and relays. I wasn't sure if this was something that might be related to the transmission or not. I love the site and will continue to visit it often. Thanks for any help given!!!

There is a switch on the side of the tranny. From past experiance that is most likely the problem.
