its my new project i'm trying to make room for in the garage. its a 91 4-door golf. i'm planning on swapping a TDI into it. the plan is to tweak the tdi a bit and since its in a light car (around 2500lbs) it should be pretty quick but still get 40-50 mpg. i also have a 91 gti that a swapped a 2.0 crossflow in, and my wife's 00 golf 1.8T.

a vr6 mk2 gti is quite fun! i've got a friend who has a 91 golf with a vr6. from the outside its still a stock gl except for the vr6 bbs wheels!

i consider the teardrop wheels the phonedials of vdubs!
