dash crack filling
I know the best way to stop cracks from expanding is to drill them out at the tip of the crack, but my question is after you do that, is there an easy way to fill in the crack just so its not as noticable?

I probably have a good guess as to what your doing......
Stop drilling - I have done it a million times on aircraft, works great on windows and aluminum. We always just left it as-in, or sometimes on the windows we would put a tiny dab of clear silicone to keep the rain out. Most of the time we drilled aluminum, it was under the cowling, so making it match the paint was not as issue. Is this a stop drill hole on the Ninja?

There is a forum member here with a car for sale that has a couple of minor dash cracks - the rest of the car is exactly what I want but dash cracks are like the bane of my existence (just can't stand them personally), and I really wouldn't want a couple small cracks to keep me from buying the car so if there is an easy way to fix it and make them look decent for a while then I'll be happy

Gotcha.
Well, the kink is that these dash's are cardboard underneath. I have a crappy old dash out of the 924 I'm parting out that I want to experiment with different fixs and coverings.
