Question speedometer cal

My speedo is off showing 65mph when I am doing 60. Wheels are original fuchs, tires are typical. How would u go about correcting this ?

Could very well be your tire size. Check out this link below. Use your known "stock" tire size vs the ones on your car, and compare it. It will give you an idea if it is the diameter/size of your tires or not. I know the tires I run have an error built in also....they are not stock size. Hollywood, would be the place to go to, if you really decide to re-calibrate the speedo (they are most likely gonna ask you this same info, anyway). I really don't think ya want to do that though.......really. Up to you however.

With a 5mph difference at 60 I bet he is running 225 50 15 tires.
Its hard to adjust the gauge if this is the case. It can be done though and North Hollywood Speedo is your best bet. Heartmut is a Porsche gauge guru.

thanks car came with 215/55r16 on front
225/50r16 back
