Default A few questions I've been hoarding.

1. Are the windows/sunroof only supposed to work 1 at a time?

2. Should it be possible to pull the ignition key out with the car (auto) not in park?

3. Should it be possible to pull the car (auto) out of park without a key in the ignition?

4. What is the function of the ignition circuit relay piggybacked on the computers and is it ok that mine is unplugged?

5. I found a brake cylinder in the driver's side rear-wheel area. It has a hard plastic, vacuum hose type, hose coming from the reservoir. Should the other end be plugged into something?

6. How long is it possible to go before an engine overhaul is needed? I am at 190k miles and I the car doesn't smoke or leak anything or whatever else might indicate it's time for a rebuild.

7. What is the cause of oil on the sparkplugs? Leaking valve stem seals? Valve cover gasket?

8. If someone was going to take your car give it to one of the TV rebuild shows, would you rather it get PIMP'd, tuner transformed, or overhaul'd? ME, I'll take Chip Foose and overhauled hands down.

Regarding #2 and #3. On my automatic 924S you could pull the key out with the car in neutral. Never tried it with the car in drive or whatever. You could also go from P to whatever gear you wanted without the key in the ignition. The car however would not start unless in P or neutral.

Yes a 928. This post obviously ended up in the wrong forum. Which has to be the result of some mysterious plot to ruin my credibility as a productive member of society or even a sane member of society. Time to put my foil hat back.

I'll either move the thread of repost in the 928 forum.
