Smile My 944 Turbo

I just got a 951, so I figured this would be the place to post. I was referred here from dtmpower.net.

I'm 18, my name is Dan, and I live in Ontario NY (near Rochester). Not too exciting. My car on the other hand...

Wow, we were looking at that car on the forums last week.

With all of the go-fast parts, and the nice treatment of the interior (I really like the dash and carpeting work), seems like you got a good deal at $7599.

I'll say. It seemed too good to be true, but everything has gone smoothly so far. I have been on the market for a 951 for awhile now, and I expected to pay alot more. I'll have lots extra for more power parts!

The car isn't perfect though. Needs a wet sand and buff. We'll see what else goes wrong. I know these things are costly to maintain. I have a 1966 Chevy Nova also, I was looking for a new project, I hope all goes well. These boards seem pretty full of information, thanks for the welcome!

Default whoa!!

Not crazy about the jellybean color but whoa...that suede dash looks really nice, especially if it were in a different color

That's a stock Porsche color - one of the OT threads discussed this car last week, that color appeared on either a 993 or 996.

The suede is very nice...along with the rest of the car.

Be careful at your age with such a powerful car - it's quite easy to get carried away.

Very nice, love the interior.. been thinking about doing that to mine using microfiber. I think the jellybean color is a nice change from the norm.

You suck! Seriously, I love that color!! I was commenting on it the other day when the auction was up.

Cool, another Rochester-area member! If you need a hand with anything, or are looking to buy/sell/trade parts, PM me. (I'm selling a rollbar that would look great in that car!)
Love the black wheels!

Actually, I really do want a harness bar for it! The car is a factory color. Riviera Bliue, it was available on 993s. Could someone post a link to the thread about this car? It would be cool to see. I haven't gotten it yet, but i'm arranging shipping today. The suspense is killing me!
