Post 944S Muffler Replacement Help

I need advice on what muffler to replace the 944S OEM (cat-back).

Can I use the 944 NA as a replacement for the 944S muffler? The Bosal 944 replacement goes for about $220 vs $830+ for the 944S at Pelican

Thanks,

Lou

i believe the cat-back exhaust flanges are the same for the S and the 8 valve. i installed a used OEM muffler last year, then replaced it with an aftermarket that is smaller and sounds better. just have the OEM tip welded on so it looks stock.
