How do I get the speedo pins off?

They will pry off of the pin that they are on. Most guage face kits, etc. come with a tool that is used to pry the needles off. Try to find a flat tool of some sort to slip under the needle, pry upward, being careful not to bend the input shaft for the needle. good luck..............
