Anyone having trouble with Europroducts?

I bought a Bosch Alternator from them in June for a great price, they added a $75 core charge.

I shipped the old core back early July, but have yet to be credited with the $75.

Called 2 weeks ago & was told that I'd be credited immediately - I'm still waiting.

Now the phone # on the website (www.eurowebparts.com) (727) 528 1535 has been disconnected & the 1-800-962-0911 has a message to leave a # & they'll call you back. Left my # twice, no one calls back.

Does anyone know anything? At this point my next step may be to call my credit card company & dispute the charge.

They are located in St. Petersburg, Fl., as am I. I have purchased several items from them and usually same day or next day service and good prices on some items. My last purchase was a set of Zimmerman cross-drilled rotors for $75 apiece--picked them up the same day. They use another supplier for their parts, which are delivered to their office or shipped out. Their office is nothing more than a small office with a computer bank. I will drive by there this afternoon and see if they are still there and see what's up. I'll repost later today...

Just went by Europroduct's office. Dark and locked. The note on the door said "office moved" and they left this number--1-786-206-9010.
