It's kinda hard to see in the pic, I used a shaft from a motorcycle trans I had and the caged needle bearing and then turned a bushing to fit it, then I'll weld that to the shift rod. It's super silky plus much stronger than the old stuff the shaft is much larger. It's slipped apart in the pic to show the different parts. Tommorrow I'll weld a round piece of stock to the top for my momo ****

928 motorsports sells a flat to round adapter so that you can use a standard shifter ****. IIRC it's pretty cheap too, ~$15
