Default What does this connect to?

Sorry, no pic. At the rear of the engine is a round, I think 3 prong plug. But with the intake and cyl off, I see nothing to connect it to. I'm a bit stumped. No noticeable problems with the car running. Well, except for the blown head gasket and broken valve spring.

Could be O2 sensor or flywheel sensor. Those have identical-looking plugs. O2 is three pins. Car would run without it. Will not break springs, though...

I'm thinking flywheel sensor is more likely because my af gauge was acting normally. I'll have to take a closer look now.

Its the Top Dead Center sensor plug most likely. Follow the cable, should go down to the bellhousing, to the clutch inspection hole.

Doesnt connect to anything, except a never used peice of test equipment. Just zip tie it to the bracket at the back of the cam tower, thats the stock spot

hmm...it actually kind of sounds like the thing that connects to the cycling valve

CV connector is two pins, and kinda two squares together.

yeah, I already have the cv removed and that plug tied off.
