Default new oil cooler seals?

i am installing an external oil cooler and wonder what the consensus is about installing new oil cooler seals on the oil filter housing. the seals currently are about 3500 miles old on my rebuilt engine and i'm wondering what you all think about just using the same seals. they have no leaking.

They should be fine as long as you do not disturb them. Are you going to use a sandwich plate adaptor?
