Default Old Motor Mounts

I was wondering if anyone has a pair of used, old, 944 motor mounts that you are ready to through away. I'd like a set for storage of an engine in my garage (I'd like to have the motor mounted to a crossmember).

If so, send a payment request for shipping to bcameron00@yahoo.com and I'll take 'em off your hands...

Thx

Brad,
I have two I just removed from spare motor #2 with crossmember. They are the good ones with the P mark. They look like they are fairly new and much better than the ones on Ol' Pokey. How soon do you need them? I can't get to the MM swap for a couple weeks or more. Do you need a crossmember also? Getting help these days is hard with my son away at school. Are you going to our local Silverstar Swap Meet/Porsche Show on the 18th?

Hey Steve, those sound too good for my purpose, but if you are willing to part with 'em cheap, I'm interested. I already have a crossmember so don't need another. No rush - the motor is still on the stand undergoing a slow, meticulous rebuild. Yes, I'm building another motor, mostly for fun, as it will be a spare :-) I got an '87 NA block and crank in pristine condition to start from.

Let me know if you need help on anything - I can probably swing it. The 18th is my 15th wedding anniversary weekend - hey, maybe we'll go to the swap meet - LOL...

Take care

Brad,
I have 2 that may be more of what you are looking for. They are off of my 83 that I replaced about 4 months ago. If you want, you can have them for shipping. PM me and I will get a shipping quote.

I am pretty sure I have set as well. I don't think I tossed them yet.

PM me if caster944's set falls through.

Actually I meant you could have the old ones off the 83 when I change them, I'm going to swap with the take off MM's I mentioned. I was thinking I could drop them off when we do the Skaggs Springs/Stewarts Point Run this Fall. I'm flush with motors myself (84 & 86 N/A and a 86-951) now and need to 'liquidate some assets' to concentrate on rebuilding a 951 block. I'd like to sell both the N/A' motors; they are complete and in good condition. The 86 looks like new internally, fresh head work and all. Let me know if you can wait that long.
