My headlights will go up and down, it just takes a while. Usually turning on they will go half way up, stop, and then a few minutes later finish the job. When I turn them off the lights go out but the housings stay up. I checked them after 15 minutes and they were still up. By the next morning they had retracted. Any thoughts?
