Big Thanks to some of our vendors
I wanted to thank some of our vendors, as I have finally got my turbo back from home and it runs WITH A/C. Wow!
Rennbay: Travis sent me a set of arms with his track kit. Totally money. He had them to me right on time and I was able to squeeze in the time to get them on the car.
Paragon: Got me some new bushings for the control arms and also some type 968 caster blocks. I also got some delrin bushings for my M030 front bar. Very happy with the fit and quality of those.
George @ 944 Ecology: George sent me a known good used TPS. Installed that in 5 minutes and SNAP! my car actually runs properly. I can even drive it on boost. Although, on boost isn't saying much for my 951...
Brad: The oil plug sender for the oil-temp gauge is freaking awesome. Totally money.
My car actually has air conditioning. I had somehow convinced myself that there was a horrible leak, but it really did just need to be charged. There is a small leak which I will address later, but for now I can actually drive the car. It has air conditioning. Did I mention it has air conditioning.
So I now have a 951 with all new bushings on the front end, new ball joints, a way of telling oil temperature, and A/C! Doesn't get much better then that.
All I need now is more power.
