I need a door panel, black strip across the top with the rest of it being tan.. not sure what the proper word for this color scheme is... Anyone have a good used one? Nothing on ebay but pure black panels... unless I suck at searching.

I also need one of those little white plastic peices that go on the arms and into rails on the window/door.. I don't know what the word for these are either, hopefully someone knows what they are and where I can get them..

Meh. I really need these parts... at least the little power window peice... does anybody know what they are called so I can go to the dealer and not sound like an idiot?
