Default A/C Compressor: OE vs. Denso?

Does anyone know the difference between the original equipment a/c compressor and the Denso compressors?

I notice that Paragon has both on their site for sale, and I might have a line on a used Denso too. The Denso on paragon is $100 dollars more than OE, and I'd like to know why that is...

Isn't the Denso NEW, and the OE Rebuilt? If that's the case, get the NEW one!!
