Default Looking For R12 A/C Chemicals

I was really considering a switch to the improved 134a- but I think R12 still takes the cake for dry, ice-coldness. Now that I found the small seal leak- does anybody know where I can obtain a couple cans of Castrol R12 oil charge prep?

After I evacuate the moisture from the system with my new Vacuum pump, I'll oil-charge then recharge with refrigerant. At $40/lb for R12 in California- I'm sure there is somebody with a connect for R12, in either the small, DIY cans or the tanker.

Those of you who have full, evacuated commercial R12 canisters can separate moisture, and oils from the gas, re-introducing purified, extracted, and recycled R12 back into A/C systems. All I will say is get the assistance of a trained professional. It is still illegal to allow R12 to escape into the atmosphere.
