Time to replace the collant overflow tank?
I noticed yesterday that the top of the coolant overflow tank has some surface cracks as though it buldged out a bit and cracked slightly on the surface. Bad sign?

Not cheap, but sure clean up an engine bay!
But back to your buldges...these things can take a ton of abuse.
I personally have only seen failure at the necks never across a surface.

Everywhere I looked (paragon,pelican,944online,automotion) they were selling at ~$140 for the turbo tank. Id rather see fresh white plastic in there instead of the dingy yellow stuff, but price really doesnt justify unless its under $100 bucks...
