wheelblur, i ended up getting the correct sized windshield for my late model car. If you do decide to go with the non-antenna route...make sure you ask them to verify its for a late model car.

What did you do for an antenna? The non-antenna windshield may be my only local option.

Where do you mount it? Thanks for the advice.

I plan on going with the Rennbay 968 style antenna like testarossa mentioned, dont have the money for it right now...so i can live without FM radio (i have an MP3 deck anyways..its like listening to the radio with all my favorite songs....and no comericals ). The antenna mounts on the roof right infront of the rear hatch.

Yeah, mine's a chop-top, so I'll have to look around to see where it might fit.

I had a problem when I got safe-lite to do my Turbo windshield. It seems that the windshields are the same except the airbag cars have a large rubber strip built into the bottom. The tried to put that one in my non airbag car and it wouldn't sit down all the way. They pulled it out, cut the strip off, slapped it back in and now its perfect.
