Default Fuel line question

I was taking a look at the under the 924S this morning and noticed the hose that goes from the fuel tank to the fuel pump has become flattened out in the bend and appears to be heater core hose?! Anybody have any suggestions on how to replace this hose without spilling alot of gas. Also what type of hosing should i use just basic fuel line hose. Oh and no "Use a vacume jokes" as my friend just told me to use a vacume to suck it out haha. thanks

Work fast with as little fuel in the tank as possible. This is a shaped hose by the way, meaning it has different inside diameters on either end and has a molded S bend in it.

On a side note, I should be burned to a crisp right now,or dead, since I used to use a oil transfer pump that attached to an electric drill to pump fuel out of my boat's fuel tank. Fortunately I always did this outside in breezy south Florida as sparky electric motors and gasoline vapors don't play well together. I was pretty dumb when I was a teenager (opening for comments)

Well of all the problems with 24S has had fuel hoses has been the worse, the first time a pin hole in the hose after the fuel pump made a cloud of vaperized fuel around my car when i started it. Anyway open to sugestion on how to empty the tank in a semi sage manor.
