Default Oil Pressure Sender connections

Can someone tell me which of the two wires for the OPS is the ground (G)? Is it the blue one or the blue one with a white stripe? I have not taken electrical engineering and don't know which is which.

It's not a matter of knowing electronics very well.

You just need the schematic. Someone should be able to help you here shortly as I don't have access to the manual at work.

I was going cross-eyed last night looking over the electical diagrams, but for the life of me could not find the GD OPS. I am getting ready to call the day quits and go home to give it a second shot.

Neither is the ground. The sender is grounded to the body. There are two sensors in the can. One is the pressure gauge and the other is the idiot light on the gauge.

Don't know which is which but if you get them backwards the gauge will be pegged whenever the engine is running.

Here we go. I figured it out.

There are two inscriptions on the OPS, at least there is on mine, "WK" and "G". I do not know what "WK" and "G" stand for, however I will figure it out. In the meantime here is how the manual says to connect them.

WK -> Blau (blue)
G-> Blau/Weis (blue/white)

"G" is for the gauge and "WK" is for the idiot light.
