Default Lacking juice! (electrical)

So she's giving me the same electrical problem again!!! I thought i fixed her when i put a new alt. in during march, then a new voltage regulator within the past month, oh and the battery is less than a year old. My voltage just DROPPED to under 12, even to 10, then my guages shut off, then they will pop back on and it will be a hair over 10. Anyone have an idea as to what te culprit could be? thanks everyone.

You should check your ground wires.

I'm having starting problems too, I just got a new solenoid from a Bosch rebuilder in town. Hopefully that will solve the problem.
