Nice hot summer day, after work on a Friday (last friday). The 951 was looking a bit scruffy after its duty as a daily driver so I gave it a nice thorough wash and decided to detail it and the Benz (the Benz just needed dusting off really)

so I started with Meguiars Swirl remover 2.0 and a foam pad with my own arm power, and same with liquid NXT wax.

The last two pictures are after pictures, but it was gettin dark out and with a shutter speed of 1/16 it was gettin tough even with IS

BTW, for those who followed my last few posts to the fender rolling thread, the bodyshop managed to roll the fender lip and changed the rear shocks. The car rides differently and it does not rub anymore. Makes me wanna change the front struts too..

 

Wow, you need to take pictures of your 951 more often!!!!!!!! She's beautiful, and so is your Benz. You did a great job!
