Got some bad news for the BOTH of y'all... my money's on Nick and Dina, and Mike Morgan (aka Boxdoc) has a few surprises up his sleeve as well. This is gonna be a VERY competitive event! lol

Damn. Now it looks like I'll HAVE to make the trip - My Jello shots arent anywhere NEAR Wade's - but they'll do when Wade's are gone..

Scott you have any AUTOMATIC parts cars( Specifically Torque Tube) , or should we just convert the 924S to 5 spd while I'm there....

Things are coming together nicely for this event! Including MY plans for the ultimate Jello shot! We're hoping to have a sign up "sheet" over on the KCWS board, so please check the RennTreffen thread for that. In the meantime, please post on that same thread or PM me here if you're attending so we'll know how many to plan for. The Show and Shine will be held in Osage Beach at a mall. The poker run will take us pretty much around the lake and will include several stretches of windy roads. We're going down this weekend to finalize some plans so I'll have more for you all next week!

Also, heads up... Tan-Tar-A, the resort that we are staying at and is giving us a group rate is requesting that we get our rooms reserved by tomorrow, 8/25, to guaranty the room rate of $99 per night. Its a great place to stay, and since we are having a jello shot contest, its advisable to stay there since I WILL be taking your keys from you if you are imbibbing. Call them at 800-826-8272 for reservations.
If you don't get your reservation made, don't sweat it, there are TONS of places to stay at all sorts of prices (like starting at $30 night, up to $750 per night) and I am guessing that Tan-Tar-A will work with us on it if you want to stay there.

Hmm.. Thought I heard crickets here! HEY!! It's almost here! An event with Jello shots is definitely worth driving to no matter how far away you are! And the weather is looking perfect this weekend! Come on to the lake and have some fun with us before the weather starts getting bad!
