I dont think im gonna be there either. I scheduled off both of these days 2 months in advance, but they decided to give it to the girl who works with me who scheduled it off 1 week in advance. My only hope of going is if they re-hire somebody they fired to cover me.

I have a one month road trip on my hands and will be leaving on july 27, and wont be comming back until august 27th.
yes.. going to the west coast and every city in between. I may just decide to say what they hell, and head up to alaksa -never been there yet! after all, i have alot of time between the rendezvous on the 1st weekend of august and the monterey historics on august 19.

needless to say i have to go through this car, and every last bit and piece and make sure i will not have a failure. engine wil do it with out question. my brake pads wont, i can tell you that now.. am replacing them this weekend. what about my tie rods and ball joints? what about everything else? who knows.. gotta find out though.

i plan on making it for one day.. ill keep my fingers crossed.

Good Lord... would everyone stop sucking at attending the 944Fest?? I am disappointed to say that my car won't have any of the big power upgrades that I had hoped to have completed by now (T04E, water injection...) but I'll be d***ed if I miss this year!

I'm in, but my guitar will not be able to make the trip. When you see the "trunk space" (oxymoron if I have ever heard one!) in my 968 cab, you'll understand why. If anyone besides Wade can bring one, I'd appreciate it. Wade and I have been talking, and while I won't speak for him, I am pretty sure he will be there as well.
