It only happens when i'm doing some "spirited driving".

I'll go up to 6k in 1st, chirp the tires into second, then when i hit about 5900-6k i shift to 3rd i get this god aweful cloud of balck smoke.

I have no idea where it comes from but it gets all in the car and thats just not cool at all. After i start to get some speed in 3rd the smoke goes away but ther mere fact that i have it is not cool at all.

I changed my cap and rotor, maybe i need to do the plugs and wires as well?

I'm thinking i'm runnign rich befween that shift...ideas.
