Another Early 944 being parted
I am getting around to parting an early 944, I just started so only a few parts for now. It is a rust red color with a black interior-it was pulled from a field after it set for a few years. The motor/interior was home for a few rats (I found 2 dead in the washer res) so I don't figure much of the interior will be sold. I will be selling parts as they come off, but if you can not wait or your car is not running and I have the part I will try to get it to you. I travel for work around the southeast and have delivered parts to a few listers around TN and GA.
I hope this works, it should be a link to all my auctions.

If not the first auction # is 7983640792 for the front belt covers.

I have sold the cam tower and used the head for a project car that I have. The rest of the block is not sold, but will have to be re-built. The motor was home for some rats and there was no cap on the oil fill tube, so figure there is debris/dead rat in the oil pan. The OD shows 45K and the pistons and walls look good.

What would you want for it, ship to ZIP 18964 (Souderton, PA)? Any pics of the cylinders? What specific year is it? Thanks!
P.S. Oh yeah, are there any (ANY!) broken studs, drilled out holes, cracks, or other damage? I am interetsed in a pristine block, don't care if it needs a rebuild, I just don't want to deal with broken studs or botched repair attempts.

Made some real progress on taking parts off the car. check out the auctions at ebay under patrick-87-944
uranium - the block has nothing wrong with it as far as I can see (the top), but I have to wash the rats nest off the side of the motor to get a better look at the sides and connections.

I looked at the block there are 2 very minor scratches on the #1 and #4 walls. They hardly catch my finger nail. I hope to drop the block out of the car this weekend, but I may not get that far.
