. I am trying to install my tial wastegate now. I have a couple quick questions for you. I have 3 bolts that I can not get. How did you get these 3 bolts out?

This one is the last bolt I need to get out thats holding the wastegate I think.

And these 2 are hold the heatshield for the starter. I can get to these but they will not budge

Can't help. I took my wastegate out with the pipes attached and then removed it. It was nasty!

I don't remember which bolt has the one with the nut that isn't welded on the back. It could be that one. Get a wrench back there. It's tricky but can be done.

As for those 2 bolts, they were a PITA to break loose on my car. I PB blasted the crap out of them for like 2 days, then put all my muscle into it. A few broken knuckles later, they were loose enough to wiggle that stupid shield out. BTW, on my car, they wouldn't come all the way out, because they started to hit the exhaust. If I remember correctly, you just need to loosen them.

I got the 2 17mm bolts loose and removed the heat sheild. I still cant get the bolt in the first picture though. I will mess with it tomorrow I guess. And it looks like it is going to be a pain in the *** removing the brackett that goes around the t tube.
