Default Just a quick question.

I am about to dig into the car and install A tial 38mm .8 wastegate. I also got a accuboost boost controller. My question is this..

I go from the banjo bolt off the IC pipe to the accuboost, then from the accuboost to the side of the wastegate? That will leave the top port open to vent to the atmosphere? Is this right?

And how easy is it to unhook the cycling valve?

Thanks everyone.

Q1: How easy is it to unhook the cyling valve?
A1: Pretty easy once you pull the intake manifold off. The cycling valve has 3 vacuum hoses attached to it. One from the wastegate, one to the intake jboot and one to the banjo bolt on the IC. All you need to do is disconnect the 3 hose clamps and the 2 small hex heads that keep the cycling valve on this bracket and out it comes.

Q2: What hose do I connect where?
A2: Wastegate Install Go to Page 5, that should help you. Or a more direct answer.... Connect the boost controler to the side port and leave the top open.

ok I got the hookup part now. Thanks to all.

1 more question though. Can you get to the cycling valve and unhook it with out taking off the intake manny?

You can disable it but you cannot remove it unless you take off the manny.

You *could* just leave the CV there, plug the bung in the j-boot (which you would have to do anyways) and go straight from the banjo bolt into the mbc, and the mbc into the side port on the tial. That would be easy since you don't have to pull the IM, but it would be nice to get that mess out of there, and it is a good time to redo all your vac lines and delete that venturi crap.

My vote would be to remove the old bugger.
