You guys rule!! I hit the open buttton, then at the same time, pressed on the switch, and for the first time since I bought the car, the roof opened nice and wide!!!

I'll play with the screws later, but at least I know the roof can open, and the switch is the problem!!

wow, i found those allens and adjusted, BINGO! worked like a charm! I've never opened my sunroof all the way without havening to push on the micro switch. Thanks!

I pushed the switch as well, and got about an extra 1". Now it's nice and wide like the one on my 86 was! Thanks for the tip! I'll be adjusting the allen screws as soon as I pick my tools up.

In my 86, somebody rigged the switches, so that when the car was on, you could remove the roof, as well as it would raise all the way, and the motor would keep trying to turn. I think they just jumpered the switches right out.
