Eh HEM! I beg to differ, we aren't in any flippin' FIELD! We are at a chalet on a thousand acre rolling wooded parcel, with an ART show for Pete's sake! Depending what is your flavor, Ohio has a couple world class theme parks, several museums and "cultural centers", the Lake Erie Islands are hopping touristy places, Mid-Ohio race track, and some other stuff. Then again, our population drops 20% during the tourist season.

Seriously though, I take no offense to your remark, I don't envy the guys who get to bring the wife to my events. I've got my hands full trying to entertain the focal, the enthusiasts, much less entertain people who don't want to be there. I thought about "what would the spouses want to do" and the only two answers I came up with was ride horses and get the hubbies to quit looking at (and talking about) cars. I've got a friend who takes his wife to shows where he runs a (mopar) swap booth, the wife comes along and sells Beenie Babies. As much as I tried, I could not come up with a way to tie that in to my show.
What can I do to entertain sig others? Any ideas, folks? I'm SERIOUSLY open for help here!

Just show them where the booze is, it will all work itself out from there...
