Update
Ok guys so I pulled the head off and inspected each cylinder. The exhaust and intake valves appeared to be fine. There was some soot in each cylinder and they were a bit dirty but nothing major.
I turned the engine without the head on and VOILA, it turned just fine each way. The problem lies in the head it would appear. Now came the time for the ghetto pressure test. I poured water down the exhaust side, no water leaked through the valves. I then poured water down the intake side..here we go. Water begine dripping out of 2 of the intake valves. Hmmmm does this mean I have 2 screwed up intake valves? I think so my friends. So now I guess all I have to do is swap in 2 new intake valves and I should be good to go. Please include your feedback to my findings. Thanks

I had 3 bent exhuast valves on a spare motor I have. All three replacement valves I put in still felt tight in the guides and one of the lifter bores was binding with any lifter. New guides are no problem, cleaning up an invisible problem on the lifter bore is the part Im concerned about. It's worth checking at least those two valve components. I've always used a little lapping compound if I'm matching a new or used valve to an old seat.
