Default new gauge faces

After working for 5 hours tonight I got my new gauge faces put in . I scanned gauges off of an early 85 car and photoshopped them. Then printed them on photo paper. After finding out the the early '85 and '83 have different tachometers and having to make a new one I got it done. It looks great and I'm pleased with how it came out. The pictures were taken in the dark so they look a little funny...

Not bad. I like that idea. Was it very hard to get the stock gauge faces off. I might do this to the 924S instead of ordering and paying $50 for them.

looks good.....did you cover them with clear laminate or use waterproof print ink?
I used clear plastic laminate on my oil pressure and clock in the center console but bought the metal ones for the the cluster....

here is a pic

Nice! I want to do something like that in gold. Will it work?

If you got a scanner(and I may have some original gauges at my disposal) I can recreate any gauge to whatever you want. Now producing...that is something you would have to find a printer for. Probably cost you $25+ bucks for good 4 color vinyl...but that is just an estimate.
300 dpi email my profile.-600 better. I love the little details.

I would love to install white face gauges on my car, but I dont know about those indicator lights. Is there any possible way to cover them up (or even replace them)?

Looks good man! I love the way early cars had the upside-down tach.

I want gold faces, black numbers, and "anodized" red warnings with the turbo script in the tach.
