Anyone know what is the best way and location for a oil venting hose and canister? I hear they can redudce the amount of blowbyto the exhaust. Any thoughts ideas?

a few have been done by the turbo guys. Search on them on the 951 forum (there was a thread a week ago or so IIRC). The only ready made "kit" I can think of is a Lindsey one which is a non-recirculating type (hose goes out of the AOS to the can and that's it!) rather than the stock car's recirc type (obviously not with a canister, but the pipe goes from AOS to Intake). You can make your own too. It has been said by wiser men than me that the 944 engine is a bit tempermental if it doesn't get the right crankcase pressure, but then I run the LR kit no probs, so what do I know.....?

You can get one from Pegasus racing too. Most people install them on the side of the cam housing.

You can make one fairly easily...it just wont look as good. From what I understand, you just connect it to the top of the oil filler and plug the vacuum line.
