When i first got mine (944, not 951) i expecteds to go though tons, but not knowing how to drive stick when i bought it cut that down at first haha. Once I got that hang though I went through over a tank that first day .. i still find myself just driving to drive and wasting 1/2 a tank of gas

Damn, been on the same 1/2 tank since I got my 944 in Dec '04. Guess I'm not driving enough. I did put in super though.

I kinda give her a re-fresh every once in a while, 2 gallons at a time. That's all the gas can holds.

I burned a full tank within the first day, but that's because I had to drive all the way from La Jolla to San Dimas

First week I drove her home (Seattle to Dallas) 2200 miles not sure how much fuel but it sure was a fun 2 days coming home!

I thought my 951 would suck gas.....I was wrong. Using Mobil SUper Unleaded + tha car can average
30mpg+. It also helps that Mbil fuels are formulated for Euro engines.

Lets see... I filled one tank up when I purchased the car a few months ago, drove the car for 30 miles and then started to rip her apart. Long story short, still have that tank of gas.
