Default OT: Drove an S2K today...

So I was bored today and decided to test drive the S2K at the local Honda dealer. All I can say is WOW!! That thing was a go-kart. Steering was incredible, handling was better than anything I've ever driven. The gearbox was probably the most amazing part of the whole car. Gear changes with a flick of the wrist.

I have driven both a Boxster and a Boxster S and I would definately have to say that the S2K is by far the best roadster of the 3. It had the most sporty feel and was definatley the most fun to drive. To top things off its 20K less than a Box.

WOW what a car...

I agree. S2Ks are nice. If I was the convertable type, that'd be my first choice followed by a MR-2 Spyder w/ a motor and tranny swap from a Celica GT-S (aka poor man's elise)

that's true that the boxster is more torquey, but I was surprised with that aspect of the S2K. It was much more torquey that I thought.

I've driven an MR2 and in its stock form to be blunt... it SUCKED!!
