Default Compression

I did a search and found some really good info.

Here's the deal: I did a compression test (according to the instructions in my compression tester, i.e. warmed up the car, took out the plugs, disabled the ignition yada yada, but I didn't have the throttle wide open. What kind of different results would I have gotten if I had...in other words, should my compression be on the low side since I didn't have the throttle open?
