Do both windows run on one fuse or are they separate? Could it be a blown fuse?

My driver's window works so it must not be the fuse...

if one of your windows is working then its definitally not a fuse or relay. If those go, both windows go. I would say take the switch that isnt working apart and clean all of the contacts, and if that still doesnt work, start swapping switchs around your car. If you find the 'bad' switch to work on another window, and none of the good switches to work on the passenger window you might have a wiring problem. If you find the 'bad' switch not to work on even the working windows, and/or you find one of the other switches to work on the passenger window, id say your switch is probably dead and youll need to find a new one
