Default Idle surge to 2K rpm..

As the title suggests= I'm having an idle surge- here's the symptoms..

I had this once before, the AFM was unplugged- checked and it's OK>
All new vacuum lines.
DME resoldered 3 years ago, last I checked it's OK>
NEW interior wiring harness.
Grounds cleaned and greased last winter.

NOT at start up- only when fully warmed up.

I'm open to suggestions/ guesses. I've been over the "usual" suspects. Maybe I missed one?

Thanks in advance- Chris.

ISV???

could be weak and allowing too much air to pass through at idle.

I didn't see the symptoms. All I saw was a list of what was looked at.

Do you have a replacement DME? I find it hard to believe you can just look at it and verify it is functioning properly. The only reason I suggest it - is because that is what fixed my idle surge problem. Though it was more of the - engine won't run above 1400 rpm - problem.

Best of luck. I'm sure you have it fixed in no time.
