Default fuel rail noise

i was wondering what this fuel rail noise it.its a knock or ticking noise.i can put my finger on the fuel rail and feel it.could it be a clogged fuel rail?bad FPR?bad fuel dampner?or i am just mistaking it for the tapping valve guides(?)any help.thanx

Sounds like the typical noise made by the fuel injectors. The Bosch units are quite noisy on our cars. Put a screwdrived blade or mechanics stethoscope on them, you will hear if one is especially louder than the others.
