With the rough idle that you guys are talking about, try turning the maf (spinning it) 10% at a time, until you find the optimal position. My idle was crap, and then another rennlister suggested doing that, something to do with turbulent air, and now my car idles perfectly.

my idle is not necessarily rough. When the car is sitting it idles fine. It siwhen i accelereate and the let of the gas and push in the clutch the car rpms drop to 200 and the jump to 1200. it does this twice then evens out. If deaccelerate while in gear the car does not do this as badly.
