Maybe its because I didnt deal with Ian, I spoke to him a few times on followup calls, he was always helpful but the rest of the staff there are useless.

Very happy with my dealings with them, order from them on couple of occasions including rebuilt control arms, axles and throttle body.

Did find that they took a little prodding to get the money back I gave them as a core charge. But no real complaints.

I buy my parts strictly from Ian! He's a PRO, not to mention very enjoyable to chat with. I usually call him later in the day sometimes for parts advice-quite the gentleman ,and runs a first rate business.

I have ordered quite a few things from them. I have always gotten what I purchased in a prompt and timely manner.

If you needed the parts the next day you might have said something and I am sure that it woulda cost ya. Overnight is not cheap. You also have to take into consideration pick up times from curriers.

I have done the "Plan for the parts to get here" and I am always disappointed. I don't do it anymore. Get what you need in your hand and then plan the time to work on the P-Car. Follow that with a couple of and you will probably have an OK weekend.

Michael

PS, what does someone do with 10 944online mousepads? Coasters!!

They once messed up an order for me... and in an amazing show of good buisness, shipped a 20LBS part to me next day air! TO HAWAII. The shipping alone was worth more then the part. Hats off to them, they have my buisness.

Great guy to deal with, though I live near his shop, so just pick things up.
