Question Windows - Down good, Up bad

I've cleaned and replaced switches, but still have the problem. Both windows will go down (passenger side from either switch). Neither will go up easily. It takes many, many presses/punches of the driver's switch to get it to move, IF it does.

The passenger side window will not go up if either its switch or the driver's side switch is pushed. However, if BOTH are pushed at the same time, it works!

So, I figure it must be the wiring - but which wire? If it was ground, the windows should have a difficult time either up or down. Switch resistance seems to be okay. I don't hear the motor running unless the window is moving. I haven't checked voltage or current yet. What is the minimum voltage?

Just wondering if anyone had a similar problem?

Could it be they just need aligned or lubed up at the joints in the door?
