When replacing the belts, do you need to replace those tentioners?
How much is your insurance premium assuming that you're not getting full coverage?
The 924 and the 944 looks exactly the same (let's say 70%). Does it have similar problems like the 944 with the belts and all those other questions I asked?

As for replacement - it typically depends on mileage. Very high miles and it's a good idea to replace all pulleys and tensioners.
As for the 924 - that is an entirely different engine. It is a 2.0 liter Audi engine. To the best of my knowledge it is not an interference engine. It is also quite anemic by comparison to the 944 engine. You pretty much need the 924 turbo to get a car that moves. If you mean the 924S - then scratch what I just wrote. The 924S has the body style of the 924 but the engine and powertrain of the 944.
