Fuel injector question
is the tip of the injector supposed to protrude out of the little hold in the yellow cap, or is it supposed to be tucked in just a little bit?

Tip should stick out just a tiny bit.
You can press the yellow cap in a little if needed. Note once in the intake it should be fine as teh fuel rail presses on the injectors.
