Post CHIPS FOR "89"...951

Hi,
I did a search, but am looking for more. I am considering a chip as an option. The car will be 70% street and 30% track. I am looking for increased low end torque and power with a steady increase thru the power band. I have driven cars with stage II's and was not impressed, they seem to have it all in the middle. I am thinking there has to be newer and better chips out today. What are you running...what did it do for you and where did you get it? Thanks

ps. Or do recommend not chipping.
