No offense, but it doesn't even look good enough to be a parts car.
There are actually quite a few 83's with power steering here on RL, including mine. Only the US cars had the option, ROW got the manual rack. That wet floor would make me run away quick; I bet the electronics inside are pretty corroded. Personally I'd part it out or keep looking for a better example.
Why would anyone let their PORSCHE get like that?

You should see all the cars I come across here. I travel the state for work end to end and always keep my eyes open for a bargain. Then again, why buy a full on 944 project car for $500 when you can still find many 944's out here for less than $2000 that have actually been cared for to some degree? I used to see old Healy's, MGA's, Sunbeams, and TR's sitting in yards until they were all snatched up by restorers over the last 15 years. The non-op Brit cars were so abundant, guess it's a Lucas electric thing...God knows I experienced enough of the Prince of Darkness with my Healys and MGA to last a lifetime.
